The Clam House seafood restaurant strives to bring OLD WORLD FLORIDA to your doorstep with some of the freshest seafood and community atmosphere.
Our Story
The Clam House was first opened in 2011 by a family of commercial fisherman who made fresh and local seafood a staple of the place, along with a perfect homey feel. In January of 2021, they decided to close down after 10 years of being a local favorite.
The place was quickly bought and re-opened by one of the original chefs of the restaurant. Since locals were so disappointed by the closing — Laura, along with her husband Valantino decided they would keep the tradition alive.
Valantino also having an extensive history in the Sarasota area restaurants, knew exactly just how to revive the place, add a splash of new aesthetic and menu items, all while holding on to that Old Florida feel that all the visitors and locals adored.
Our Menus
Clam House has a large menu dedicated to sushi and sashimi offerings, a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, land and sea dishes, fish dishes, seafood platters, sea food combos, and more.
